Position: Sales Account Manager
• Represent GSS in the coordination of service and product fulfillment.
• Organize and maintain client and prospect files.
• Perform filing and other organizational activities as required or directed
• Maintain any equipment or area they use in the office in a clean and orderly manner at all times.
• Build and develop the services GSS provides to its clients.
• Learn and familiarize themselves with all the services and products we offer to our clients.
• Sales Account Manager accomplishes monthly quota of 50,000 total volume with 25,000 being CRT’s, or generate 10,000 in sales.
• Client’s calls and orders are filled and returned on the day they called.
• Client files are kept organized according to GSS standards, and information is accurate and updated for any changes.
• Maintain any equipment or area they use in the office in a clean and orderly manner at all times.
• Reports to all schedule appointments on time as scheduled. No appointments are missed.
• All company operating procedures and sales protocols are followed.
• All clients are treated with respect and fairness. Communication is effective with clients, office personnel, and other sales account managers.
• None to minimal client complaints received regarding the salesperson. Complaints regarding service are managed according to policy and in a timely manner.
• Coordination and reporting to the account manager, warehouse personnel and/or management is accurate, timely and appropriate.
• All company policies including but not limited to interaction with fellow employees, clients and other business contacts are followed with no exceptions. Exceptions to this will be recorded in the personnel file of the employee.
DRESS CODE
Female Dress Code
Hosiery: Nylons or pantyhose must be worn at all times.
Dress Shoes: Shoes that have an open toe or open heel are acceptable. The following are examples of inappropriate types of shoes for females: ballet shoes, boots, flip flops, sandals, athletic shoes, industrial work shoes, and bare feet.
Jewelry/ Grooming: Jewelry and cosmetics are allowed and acceptable. Modest and simplicity is to be observed when choosing whats appropriate. Hair and nails are to be kept professional.
Tattoos and Piercing: Tattoos should be full hidden by clothing and should not be conspicuous. Piercing should be removed while in the office, clear place holders are acceptable.
Business Suit/ Dress Suit: A coordinated jacket may accompany a skirt or ankle-length pants.
Business Dress: The dress must have some type of a sleeve and be made up of a dressy/business type material. Sleeveless dresses are can be accompanied by a jacket.
Skirt/Pants/Blouse: Skirts made of dressy/business type material are acceptable. Blouse must have some type of sleeve and must be tucked into skirt or pants. A t-shirt is not acceptable as a blouse. Sleeveless blouses are not appropriate. If a camisole is worn as a blouse, it must be worn with a jacket or suit.
Male Dress Code
Dress shirt, dress pants, necktie: A dress shirt buttons from top to bottom and has a collar. Knit or polo style shirts are inappropriate. Shirts made of denim or chambray or Hawaiian/flower print are inappropriate. Pants must be accompanied by a dress belt, suspenders or braces. Cargo, painter, or carpenter pants are inappropriate. Dress pants must be neat without frays of holes. Pants must sit at the waist and may not drag on the floor. Dress pants should not have more than five pockets. A necktie is mandatory.
Men’s Business Suit: Dress shirt, dress pants, and suit jacket made of the same fabric. A necktie is mandatory. Men’s Sports Coat: Dress shirt, dress pants, and sport coat made of different fabric than pants.
Dress Socks: Athletic socks are inappropriate.
Dress Shoes or dress boots: The following are examples of inappropriate types of shoes: flip-flops, sandals, athletic shoes, boat shoes, industrial work shoes, hiking boots, mules, clogs, work boots, and bare feet.
Jewelry: Jewelry is allowed and acceptable. Modest and simplicity is to be observed when choosing appropriate accessories. Hair and nails are to be kept to a business professional level.
